Notes

Jeep Wrangler JL, JLU, 392 and 4XE owners: you need to remove the floor carpet for the tailgate to close properly.

New Defender and Grenadier owners: make sure the back of the table is straight, using spacers, to ensure the correct alignment of the closing mechanisms.

FAQ

Q: I don't see my vehicle in the list can I still install the table?

A: Yes, you can select the "Any Vehicle" option and insert the vehicle model and year in the order notes. We will provide additional installation hardware and support you in the process. 

Q: Do I need to drill my tailgate to install the table?

A: It depends on the vehicle. If you own a Jeep Wrangler JL, 4XE or a New Defender, there is no drilling required in the tailgate.
If you own a Jeep Wrangler JK, Suzuki New Jimny, Classic Defender or other vehicles, you need to drill the tailgate and utilize the inserts we provide in the package to secure the table.

Q: What kind of maintenance do I need to do on the table?

A: The table requires minimal maintenance and as for any type of gear you are may want to check periodically for tight fit of the screws to avoid rattling and keep the surfaces clean.
The bamboo surface is coated with food grade oil. You may decide to reapply a layer of oil if usage or aggressive cleaning products have worn it off.

Q: Can I switch the opening side of the bamboo tray?

A: Yes. The bamboo tray is assembled with the opening side towards the right. You can move the 4 screw under the bamboo surface to the other side so that it can then slide in the opposite direction.  

Q: Can I personalize the bamboo surface?

A: Yes, we can add text on the bamboo tray. Select the right option with engraving and insert the text you wish to have engraved. Engraving requires additional 3-4 days to laser the text and apply the protective oil.
