LARGE DOUBLE DRAWER
We have developed a custom solution to substitute the base for this Opel Vivaro's bed structure and provide Max with a sturdy and organized storage space.
The aluminium frame and covering panels provide a solid base on road and off-road.
Each drawer has movable partitions, heavy duty slides with 80kg load each pair, compression locks.
The module was shipped to Germany and easily installed to the vehicles with straps and anchors.
A FAMILY SOLUTION (DOGGIE INCLUDED)
We had a lot of fun developing this custom solution for Gerald and his family.
Starting form our Jeep JLU platform system, we worked to combine a double drawer system for storage and food preparation features, a fridge slider and a dog create for Rocky.
We used a thinner 20x20 aluminium structure and applied some clever solutions to make the crate easily movable.
The whole system was installed in just about an hour in Udine.
STORAGE MODULE FOR OVERLANDING
No matter how much space we work with, our modules can really fit anywhere.
We designed and produced a set of 2 shelf modules to fit on each side of this Toyota Hilux which is going to take Charline from Europe to Africa.
The modules where attached to the existing wood base with our corner connector kits and secured for the long trip.
Each module aluminium structure is also personalized with the name of the vehicle: RAFIKI.
We installed the modules on the go in less than an hour.
TRIPLE DRAWER WITH SIDE PANELS
We worked with very specific requirements from Sascha to design and build this module for a Jeep JK 3 doors.
Each drawer had a purpose with specific sizes to accomodate recovery gear, supplies and horse riding items.
We also built movable panels that flip open to store Jeep's freedom roof panels and other material while keeping everything neat and organized.
We personally installed the module in the vehicle.
